1. Who we are

MiixKey ("we") is the data controller for personal data collected through miixkey.com. Contact: miixkey.com/contact or support@miixkey.com.

2. What we collect

• Order data: name, email, shipping address, phone, the product you bought, your order number. Required to fulfill your order and provide customer support.
• Payment data: handled by Whop and the payment networks. We never see or store your full card number.
• Browsing data: pages you visit, items you add to cart, scroll depth, clicks. We use this to improve the site and detect fraud.
• Marketing data: if you subscribe to our newsletter, we keep your email and consent record until you unsubscribe.

3. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (cart, session, currency preference) and first-party analytics cookies (_fbp, _fbc) to measure ad performance. We do not load third-party tracking pixels in the browser; ad attribution is sent server-to-server via the Meta Conversions API.

4. How we use your data

• To process and ship your order, including communicating with carriers
• To send order updates and customer support replies
• To prevent fraud, abuse and chargebacks
• To measure marketing performance and improve the site
• To send you offers and product news, only if you opted in

5. Who we share data with

• Whop (payment, Merchant of Record): order, billing, payment data
• Cloudflare (hosting and security): network logs, IP address
• SendGrid (transactional email): your email and order references
• Meta (ads attribution): hashed email, browser ID, event metadata
• Shipping carriers: name, address, phone

We never sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are located outside the EU/EEA (notably the United States). When that happens we rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection.

7. How long we keep data

• Order records: 10 years (legal accounting obligation)
• Customer support correspondence: 3 years from last contact
• Marketing list: until you unsubscribe
• Analytics events: 14 months

8. Your rights

If you live in the EU, UK or California, you can ask us to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Delete it (subject to legal retention obligations)
• Receive a copy in a portable format
• Object to processing or withdraw consent

Email support with your request. We respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can file a complaint with your local data protection authority (CNIL in France).

9. Children

The site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes are announced by email if you have an account or by a banner on the site.
